CrossFit Open 16.2 Movement Prep

16.2 has been announced! Being in the best positions possible during the squat clean will definitely help save energy on this one. We are going to address the triceps (improve front rack), (refer to last week for overhead banded distraction as well), quads and hips (improve bottom position). Tackle these 3 movement preps and you’ll be on your way to crushing 16.2!
