Meet Nicole

Nicole originally went to school to become a veterinary technician, but life had other plans. She took the “family route” and began working at Prudential in 1997, where she spent nearly 20 years before transitioning into a new chapter as a full-time coach at EffectUs Athletics.

These days, Nicole is the right-hand afternoon woman (and sidekick) to our morning admin, Lori. She’s one of the first friendly faces you’ll see—always ready to greet patients with a smile and spark a fun conversation. She truly enjoys getting to know each person who walks through the doors. Around here, she’s known as the office hype girl, constantly reminding everyone to have fun and smile—aka Friday Fun (check out our social media if you haven’t yet!).

Nicole grew up in Wayzata, MN, and moved to the Saint Michael area in 2005. She now lives in Otsego with her family. She has three boys, ages 18, 19, and 25, and one very large, very spoiled dog named Kevin. If you’ve ever spotted a giant yellow dog riding with his head out of a sunroof—that’s Kevin.

When she’s not at work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, playing games, cheering on her son at hockey, walking Kevin, taking hiking trips with friends, and working out.
