Meet Jake
Jake earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2021. Following graduation, he relocated to Boise, Idaho, where he began his career in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. Demonstrating strong clinical outcomes and natural leadership, Jake quickly advanced into the role of Clinic Director after just one year of practice, managing clinic operations while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
In 2026, Jake returned to his roots, moving to Minnesota to be closer to his family. He joined the team at Crossover Physical Therapy, where he brings his experience and passion for orthopedic rehabilitation to the local community. Jake is dedicated to helping his patients overcome injury, regain their mobility, and achieve their long-term health and wellness goals through evidence-based practice and individualized treatment plans.
Outside of the clinic, Jake lives in Rogers with his wife, Jenny. An avid sports and fitness enthusiast, he enjoys lifting weights, golfing, and exploring local hiking trails. When he isn't staying active, you can usually find him testing his knowledge alongside Jenny at local trivia nights.
